A Fitness in the Park Event

Have you been trying to get back into fitness? The best way to go from “wanting to workout” or “kind of, sort of working out” to “working out regularly” is to just get started. The Sunday Funday workout is a fun way to get back into fitness out in the park with friends.  

THE DETAILS

Location: Swansfield Community Pool Center (field next to the pool)
5659 Cedar Lane Columbia, MD 21044
Dates: Six Sundays beginning July 11th – August 15th
Come to one class or all six!

  • July 11 at 7:30 am (FREE INTRO CLASS)
  • July 18 at 7:30 am
  • July 25 at 7:30 am
  • August 1 at 7:30 am
  • August 8 at 7:30 am
  • August 15 at 7:30 am

Time: 7:30 am – 8:30 am
Cost: first class, free
Day of Price: $15/class; Payments can be made upon arrival by credit card

Payments can be made in person by credit card.

THE WORKOUT

That means we’ll do movements that mimic everyday movements of life, like squat, push, pull, hinge, and carry. Don’t know what those terms mean? No worries, we’ll learn about them in class. 

Everything is scalable and modifications will be available. Most workouts will be equipment free or use minimal equipment which will be provided. In addition, you’ll receive the workouts to do at home.
