The mission of the CONNECT2U 1:1 PROGAM is to help you build consistency with your fitness routine. I’m here to help you get unstuck from your fitness rut. I help people to go from “kind of sort of working out” to “working out on a regular basis” either in a gym or on their own. Together, we look at their your life situations and create a plan that works with your life. That means setting goals for gym attendance and then creating the circumstances to achieve your goals.
This program is appropriate for people who workout at a gym or at home.
In this 16 week program, you’ll work with a coach to set up your schedule to build a realistic fitness routine that you love and that fits your lifestyle. We do this with weekly check-ins and planning sessions to help you find the right schedule for you.
What’s included in the program?
Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls via (Zoom, Voxer, etc) to create a workout schedule for the week.
Daily Workout Checks-in to let the coach know how workouts felt, for feedback, and get necessary customizations.
Digital Workout Tracker that maps out weekly workout schedule.
I believe that achieving your own health goals is a process and how long it takes depends on what you want to do and how much time you are willing to commit. I’m in this for the long haul and I’m looking for people who are too!

How much does CONNECT 2U cost?
1:1 coaching costs $800 for 16 weeks of coaching. A payment plan is available for those who need it.
Does this program offer workouts?
We work on habit building around gym attendance in a way that will keep you in your gym. Personalized programming can be added if you don’t currently belong to a gym or following a fitness program.
How long is the CONNECT 2U program?
The CONNECT 2U program is a 16 week partnership.
