I spent a quarter of my life trying to follow other people’s paths to health. But none of those paths ever felt right for me. Then I learned enough to develop my own path that took into account my specific needs, preferences and what would make me feel happy and successful. Now, that’s what I help people do; I help people put together the puzzle pieces of their health and fitness.
I believe that when it comes to improving your health, YOU are your best resource. Yes, when it comes to working through certain medical and mental health conditions, having a solid supportive medical/health team is crucial. But for most everyday goals, oftentimes, you have what you need and you know what will work for you better than anyone else. But you might need someone to help you sort out the puzzle pieces.
